El Establo Mountain Hotel & Private Reserve

Hotel Description

El Establo, your home in the mountains, began operations in 1991 and has a unique story behind its name.

Our hotel was founded through the efforts of a family who traded their dairy cows for a future in tourism. It all started when the farm’s original stable (“El Establo”) was transformed into 12 cozy guest rooms, giving birth to the name that remains with us today.

Now, 35 years later, with 155 rooms, only the memories of the cattle ranch remain. What endures is our commitment to providing the highest quality hospitality services to our guests, partners, and suppliers.

Our hotel is distinguished by its strong dedication to environmental conservation. For this reason, we have implemented an Environmental Management System that sets us apart in the region. We invite our guests to join us in our efforts to preserve the biological diversity of our ecosystem and protect the natural environment that makes this destination so special.
